Who runs Face Analysis Lab
Face Analysis Lab is operated by [operator name and address, to be added before launch].
Refunds
If the Full Face Report ($14.99) didn’t load, or something in it is wrong, you can have your money back within 14 days of paying. Email hello@faceanalysislab.com with:
- the date and time of the payment (it’s on your Stripe receipt),
- the email address the receipt went to,
- a sentence or two on what went wrong.
The refund goes back through Stripe to the card or wallet you paid with. The full rules are in the terms.
Never send a photo or your results
We built Face Analysis Lab so that we never see your face: every scan is measured on your device. Please keep it that way and don’t attach photos, screenshots of your results or your report. Describe what you saw in words; that is always enough for us to help.
18 and over only
The tools and the report are for adults. If you think someone under 18 has bought the report, email us and we will refund it.
Corrections and press
Found a mistake in a guide, a broken source or a measurement that looks wrong? Tell us at the same address. How every number is calculated is on the methodology page, and what happens to your data is on the privacy page.
