A real score from a 30-second face scan.
Look straight, turn left and right, tilt up and down. Your browser tracks 478 points on your face, fuses the five angles into one measurement and scores it from 1.0 to 10.0 on the geometry that attractiveness research keeps returning to. No image leaves your device.

Step 1
Confirm, then frame your face
Confirm you’re 18 or older, choose whether to be rated as a man, as a woman or with no preference, and allow the camera. Centre your face; the outline turns green when distance, light and expression are right.
Step 2
Hold five angles
Look straight, turn left, turn right, tilt up, tilt down. There is no shutter button: each angle is captured as a burst of 8 frames once your head holds inside the target window for 0.6 seconds. An angle you can’t reach can be skipped after 20 seconds.
Step 3
Read the result
The 40 frames are fused into one set of landmarks, a per-point median, then measured and scored in under a second. Your score and tier appear straight away; the full breakdown is in the report.
3Output
A score you can check, and the evidence behind it.

Above average
A geometric score from six measured components, weighted. Not a percentile, and not learned from human ratings.

Strengths
- Eyes tilt upward (+4.1° left, +3.7° right) and are large for the face width, which scores well.
- Left and right sides mirror closely; the largest difference is at the mouth corners, 1.8% of eye span.
- Overall shape sits close to the population mean face, which raters consistently favour.
Holding it back
- Jaw is narrow relative to the cheekbones (0.71); a wider jaw would read as more defined.

Measured in this tab
The face model runs as WebAssembly in your browser. Camera frames are processed in memory and discarded.
Blocked by the browser
Our Content Security Policy lets the page connect only to our own origin, so it cannot send a frame anywhere. The Network tab will show you.
Gone when you close it
Landmarks and scores sit in this tab’s session storage. The snapshots of each angle are never written to storage at all.
6Questions
Questions people ask before scanning
Is the score real?
It is computed, not guessed. The scan measures six things that research on facial attractiveness keeps linking to how faces are rated: symmetry, averageness (closeness to the population mean face), proportions, eye geometry, jaw and chin, and profile. Each is scored from 0 to 100, weighted and mapped to 1.0–10.0 with a published formula, so a typical face lands near 5.0. It is a geometric score, not a model trained on human ratings and not a percentile, and the methodology page shows every weight.
Does anything get uploaded?
No. The camera feed, the landmarks and the score are processed in your browser. Our pages carry a Content Security Policy that only allows connections to our own site, so the page cannot send a frame elsewhere even by mistake. The only server step is Stripe checkout if you buy the report, and that request carries nothing about your face.
Why five angles instead of one photo?
A single frontal photo cannot see your profile, and one frame is noisy. The side angles measure jaw angle, chin and nose projection; the up and down angles check the measurements hold as your head moves. Each angle is a burst of 8 frames, fused by median, and the report shows how much each number varied across them.
What is free and what is in the report?
Free: your attractiveness score and tier, your face shape and your canthal tilt. The Full Face Report ($9, once) adds the six score components, your strongest and weakest features in plain sentences, your profile, the angle-by-angle evidence and what would move the score. Its contents and price are shown before you scan.
Can I upload a photo instead?
Yes, as a fallback, and on devices without a camera. A single front-facing photo gives the frontal measurements only, so the profile sections of the report are marked “needs a scan” and the score is computed without the profile component.
How repeatable is it?
Each number is a median over 8 frames, and the report prints its spread, for example ±0.4° for canthal tilt. Lighting, lens distance, expression and hair still move results. Scan in even, front-facing light with a neutral face, hair off the forehead and glasses off. In our tests with simulated camera noise, repeat scans of the same face moved the score by at most ±0.2.
Do I need to be 18 or older?
Yes. You confirm it before the camera opens and again at checkout. The scan rates a face, and only adults should be using it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the report doesn’t render or something is wrong with it, email hello@faceform.app within 14 days and we’ll refund you. Describe what you saw; never send a photo or results.
