Who we are

What the results are, and aren’t

Faceform measures the geometry of a face from a camera scan or a photo: landmark positions, angles and ratios. The attractiveness score combines those measurements with a published formula (see the methodology). It is an estimate from geometry. It does not see skin, hair, expression or anything else that is not shape, it is not trained on human ratings, and it is not a percentile.

Results change with lighting, lens distance, expression and how you hold your head, and two scans of the same person can differ. They are for general interest and practical ideas only. They are not medical, psychological or cosmetic advice, and not a judgement of anyone’s worth. If you have a concern about your eyes, eyelids or facial asymmetry, talk to a doctor.

Using Faceform

• You must be 18 or older to scan or to buy the report.
• Only scan yourself, or an adult who has agreed to it.
• Don’t use the results to harass, rank or make decisions about other people.
• Don’t try to disrupt the site or copy it in bulk.

The measuring happens on your device; see our privacy page for exactly what does and doesn’t leave it.

The Full Face Report

• The report costs $9 (US dollars), paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• You confirm you are 18 or older before checkout.
• The report is built in your browser from the scan in your current tab. After payment it stays unlocked on the same browser for 24 hours, so you can scan again and see the report for the new scan.
• Because nothing is stored on our servers, we can’t restore a report on another device or after 24 hours. Print it or save it as a PDF if you want to keep it.

Refunds

If the report doesn’t load, or something is wrong with it, email hello@faceform.app within 14 days and we’ll refund you. You don’t need to send us an image or results. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer law.

No guarantees

We work to keep the measurements careful and the site available, but we provide Faceform as it is, without guarantees that results are accurate for your purpose or that the site is always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t apply to a purchase you’ve already made.
